RESERVATION / ACCOMMODATION DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
ARTICLE 1 / PARTIES:

ARTICLE 2 / SUBJECT:
2.1.This agreement includes the customer's reservation within the framework of the purchase of products/services within the framework of the conditions described below by the hotel. In the event of a price increase in the price of the contract, the difference will not be demanded from the consumer, nor will the discounts called action by the resort be returned to the consumer.
ARTICLE 3 / CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENT:
3.1. Vat is included in the contract price.
3.2. The system includes hotel overnight rates and other extras in TL and includes taxes.
3.3. The contract price includes all services specified in the booking. Unspecified services and extra products and services to be purchased at the hotel are subject to separate charges. These extras are paid for at the hotel exit.
3.4. The customer who purchases discounted Product / Special Product or Campaign Product is obliged to pay the full cost of the service at the time of the booking process. The reservation will not be finalized without the full payment.
3.5 Customers who book from abroad via a call center or internet pay their reservations in foreign currency. Invoices are issued as foreign currency for TL from the TCM bank's exchange rate on the day of departure after the stay has been made. If the accommodation dates are within a period created within special periods and campaigns such as New Year's Eve, semester, holiday period; clauses 5.2 of the contract do not apply. In this case, the customer does not have the right to cancel or return.
3.6. Confirmation-invoice delivery for bookings made online or from the call center Kech Tourism Construction and Hotel Services Inc. is done as follows:

Instant Booking Confirmation and Payment Receipt: The booking confirmation and payment receipt will be received by the customer by printing from the computer at the last stage of the system and will also be sent to the customer-issued e-mail address. 3.8. For refunds that need to be made, payment will be made within 30 days of the credit card used for the reservation or the customer bank account.
ARTICLE 4 / APPLICATION:
4.1. Unless written permission is obtained from the hotel manager, it is forbidden to enter the facilities with smelly, flowing, flammable, or explosive or disturbing items and cutters, piercings and firearms.
4.2. The hotel is 14,000 for all customers. The time to leave the room is 12h00 for all customers.

ARTICLE 5 / DURATION AND TERMINATION:
5.1. The customer will stay between the dates of booking. If the customer wishes to extend the stay, he/she will make his/her request to the hotel no later than 1 day before the check-out date. Otherwise, the customer must leave the hotel at 12:00 p.m. at the end of the date of booking.
5.2. Cancellation Periods and Deduction Amounts (unless otherwise specified by the Facility):
10% in case of cancellation 29-15 days before the date of arrival
25% in case of cancellation 14-7 days before the date of arrival
50% in case of cancellation 6-1 day before the date of arrival
100% in case of cancellation on the date of entry to the hotel
For cancellations made by the customer up to 30 business days prior to the entrance to the hotel, the price paid for the stay shall be refunded to the customer within 30 days, excluding any costs arising from the compulsory taxes, duties and other legal obligations to be paid.

5.3. The hotel may, where it deems necessary, may change or cancel the hotel reservation it has announced or registered with, in whole or in part, up to 7 days prior to the start date, provided that it is notified to the consumer. If the customer does not accept this change and cancellation, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the fee paid by the reservation cancelled and paid. 5.4. The customer requests cancellation of his or his relatives in the 1st degree for a reason other than to document the disturbances and deaths of the 10-day dispute with an official report from the full-fledged state hospital. agrees to the deductions mentioned above.
5.5. The customer is not allowed to document his or her 1st degree relatives' disability and death from a full-fledged state hospital for reasons other than that of him or his relatives in the 1st degree. agrees and undertakes to pay the £100 transaction fee if he requests a CHANGE up to 15 days before the start of the booking date. In this respect, the parties agree with tursab legislation and international NO-SHOW rules.
5.6. The customer can transfer the hotel reservation he has made to the person he/she wishes up to 15 days before the date of the stay. The customer who receives the transfer is responsible for the balance and the costs arising from the transfer.
ARTICLE 6 / COMPELLING REASONS:
6.1. the lack of service of the hotel due to natural disasters, social events, international relations, technical failures, strikes and protests that may occur between, at the beginning or before the hotel reservation dates specified in this agreement or failure to provide services, the facility cannot be held responsible.
ARTICLE / 7 OTHER PROVISIONS:
7.1 This agreement relates exclusively to the hotel reservation and the property is obliged to provide the final booking confirmation of the customer by making the final reservation of the customer upon the signature of the customer following the signature of the customer, he'll have fulfilled his obligations. In the presence of any problems related to the facility, the customer agrees and undertakes to apply only to the accommodation operator regarding any changes or omissions in the accommodation.

7.3 It is the duty of the well-intentioned customer to inform the authority in writing of the issues that the customer is complaining about during the performance of the service. Although the customer has complained, his use of the service to the fullest without notifying the facility authorities eliminates his rights, such as substitution services and refund of fees for complaint issues.
7.4. Customer agrees to have signed this contract by reading this contract after receiving any information about the hotel on the website (www.catch34.com) and by phone. The information presented to him in the complaints arising due to the lack of service he received at the hotel and the defective goods will be the basis.
7.5. The customer has learned of this hotel reservation contract by e-mail sent to the website, advertisements, or e-mail address specified, even if he has not signed the contract for any reason, and agrees to the terms of the contract.
7.6. If there is a discrepancy between the remaining copy of the contract with the remaining copy of the hotel and the remaining copy of the hotel, the remaining copies will be based on the records of the remaining copies. Any kind of e-mail, fax messaging between the parties will be considered as evidence and company records will be the basis. 7.9. The periods written in Article 5 during the early booking period do not apply; cancellations, changes and transfers apply only to customers with cancellation insurance.
7.10. In addition to price increases for early booking period and/or all periods (except for system-inaccuracies), the difference is not demanded from the customer, but also a refund for discounts called action by the resort. Not.

7.12. In disputes between the customer and the hotel, the customer's way of applying to the Consumer Court or the Consumer Arbitration Committee is clear. Sending the complaint in writing registered with the hotel's customer service and giving the hotel a 14 business day response period before applying here is considered a sign of good will in resolving disputes.
ARTICLE 8 / FORECAST:
8.1.With this document, I authorize Kech Tourism Construction and Hotel Services Inc. to collect the reservation fee with my credit card with the number written above. If my debt cannot be collected from my credit card account, it agrees and undertakes to pay with a maturity difference on the credit card interest rate, by reading, understanding and accepting copies of this contract, which is 6 pages in our name, I've had it delivered.
